Refund and Cancellation Policy for Hotel Vasavi Grand
At Hotel Vasavi Grand, we strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. We understand that plans may change and that you might need to modify or cancel your booking. To ensure transparency and satisfaction, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.
 
1. Booking Payment and Refund Details.
    1.1 Total Booking Price Paid:
    1. If 100% of the total booking price is paid online at the time of reservation, a refund of 90% of the total amount will be issued upon cancellation.
    2. If Advance / Deposit is paid online, cancellation charges would be 10% of the total booking amount.
    3. Refunds will be subjected to deductions for any payment gateway charges incurred for us at the time of above transaction.

      Ex: Refund Amount = Paid Amount – 10%(cancellation charges) – 3%(gateway charges)
2. Cancellation Policy
    2.1 Cancellation Timeline:
    1. Cancellations made 1 day or 24hours less prior to the check-in date/time, will not be eligible for any refunds. We highly recommend confirming your travel plans before this critical period to avoid potential loss.
    2. Cancellations made before 1 day or 24hours prior to the check-in date/time, we shall refund accordingly to the point 1.1  
    3. We provide a Reschedule Benefit for your convenience upon contacting us 24 hours before your check-In for changing the Check-In/Out Dates for one time only, where the dates can be requested for the next 30 days or less after the original check in date. (Amount to be paid by user accordingly for an extended stay only, As actual stay in days cant be reduced.)
3. Refund Process
    3.1 Processing Time for Refunds:
    1. All approved refunds will take a maximum of 5-7 working days to process and reflect in your account. This timeline may vary based on the financial institution and payment gateway involved in the transaction.

Additional Information
Upon cancellation from your Account, we shall contact you regarding this unforeseen situation and resolve the refunds directly with you according to the rules stated earlier, So you don’t have to worry about the amount already paid. Please ensure to retain your Booking ID for our confirmation.

Welcome to Vasavi Grand! 
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before making a reservation or using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our site or services.
 
1. Introduction
Vasavi Grand operates as a hotel provides accommodation services to the general public and to individuals who have contributed donations to Sri Venkateswara Bhakthi Seva Trust. We offer Donor Membership plans for donors that allow them to enjoy exclusive benefits while using our site.
 
2. Membership and Account Creation
    2.1 Eligibility
       To create an account and become a member, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
    2.2 Account Information
       Users can create accounts on our website using an email address, phone number, or by connecting their social media accounts. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords, and for all activities that occur under their account. Please read our Privacy Policy page for further.
    2.3 Membership Benefits
    1. Members who have made donations to our trust will receive exclusive benefits including but not limited to priority bookings, discounts, and free food at Vasavi Grand. Specific benefits and tiers of membership may vary and will be communicated through our website.
    2. We provide 80G Certificate to only individual who made the Donations via Online / Offline modes, where the amounts to be reflected as per mentioned on the site ‘Donations Page’ And those shall be handed out personally in the Hotel when visited by you.
3. Reservations
    3.1 Room Availability
       Vasavi Grand endeavours to ensure accurate information regarding room availability and rates posted on our website. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, including specific rooms, at any time with or without notice.
    3.2 Room Booking Rules
       User can only book the rooms following as per the said limitations on the specific room page.
    1. Children up-to 6 Years of age can stay free. Additional charges may be applicable for children between 6 and 12 years. 13+ years will be charged as per extra adult rate. In all the cases the specific room limits can’t be exceeded as shown in individual room description.
    2. User can prebook an extra mattress while booking online/offline, which will be subjected to availability at all times.
    3.3 Confirmation
       After making a reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address associated with your account. Please verify all details and contact our front desk immediately for any discrepancies.
    3.4 Cancellation Policy
       Cancellations must be made according to the conditions outlined during the booking process. For further information about our cancellation policy, please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation policy page on our website or contact reception.
    3.5 Check In / Check Out Conditions
    1. Hotel Standard Check-in time is 10 A.M IST and Check-out time is 9 A.M IST.
    2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
    3. Our reception is open from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. During these hours, we shall review any Check-In procedures and rules related to your booking, and we appreciate your cooperation.
    4. Please ensure that any remaining or full payment is completed during the Check-In process whenever you arrive. We reserve the right to verify payment and address any issues that may arise once the reception is available. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree to our established rules, including the maximum number of guests allowed per room and any extra payments that may be required before Check-Out.
    5. In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory before allowing into the room: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
    3.4 Complimentary Breakfast
       We’re excited to offer a complimentary breakfast for all our booked guests, and for any extra guests, it will be available for a nominal fee of Rs. 50. Please note that this service can only be provided when there are 10 or more staying guests, as it helps us manage costs more effectively. We appreciate your understanding and support. Thank you!
 
4. Payments
All payments made for Accommodations or Memberships on our site must be completed using our accepted payment options. Payments must be processed in full as specified at checkout for the time of reservation unless otherwise specified.
    1. There will be no mentioning of GST anywhere on the site , All the money ultimately goes to the Trust Account.
    2. We only provide tax benefit ‘80G Certificate’ for donations alone but not for any other service bookings.
5. User Responsibilities
    As a user of our services, you agree to:
    1. Make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
    As a user of our services, you agree not to:
    1. Use the Vasavi Grand website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or any servers or networks connected to our site.
    3. Harass, abuse, or harm other users or employees of Vasavi Grand.
6. Liability
Vasavi Grand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our services. Moreover, we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of unauthorized access to or use of your personal information.
 
7. Amendments
